Mr Blakeman's professional career in the mining industry includes over 30 years’ experience at board level in Australian Stock Exchange listed resource companies. He has held board positions at Harmark Pty Ltd (the founder and former controlling shareholder of Forrestania Gold NL, one of Australia’s more successful resource investment companies of the time), Metex Resources NL (founding director), Mantle Mining Corporation Ltd and Newera Resources Limited. Through these positions Mr Blakeman has gained extensive mining industry experience in management, economics, mine and tenement acquisition, corporate governance and project management.

Mr Willesee is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of skills and experience in strategy, company development, corporate governance, company public listings, merger and acquisition transactions and corporate finance. Mr Willesee has considerable experience with ASX listed and other companies over a broad range of industries, having held directorships, chairmanships and company secretarial positions with a number of ASX-listed companies over many years.

Mr Willesee holds a Master of Commerce, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business (Economics and Finance), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Business. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators/Chartered Secretary.
Greg Reynolds

Mr Reynolds has 28 years of experience encompassing joint venture, farm in and acquisition transactions, exploration geology, metallurgical testing and plant design, exploration licence statutory reporting and approvals, management of large geospatial projects and project management. He was previously a Director of Mt Wellington Gold and played an integral role in the discovery of a porphyry copper gold deposit within Victorian Cambrian volcanic belts.
Steve Adamson

Mr Adamson is an experienced exploration geologist with a diverse and broad career spanning across 15 years working within the mining and resources industry, nationally and internationally focusing on discovery and exploring for a variety of styles of mineralisation. Mr Adamson has been responsible for leading, guiding and mentoring a team of multi-disciplinary professionals in the development of near mine and regional exploration programs. Mr Adamson has made numerous invaluable contributions to the growth and development of several mining companies. Mr Adamson graduated from the Australian National University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Francisco Navidad

Mr Navidad has 20 years’ experience in Australia and internationally in various aspects of mine geology, exploration, project management and resource geology. Francisco has held several senior management roles spanning all stages of the project life cycle across a range of commodities including gold, copper, nickel and tin.
Prior to joining Meta Minerals Ltd, Mr Navidad was involved in the successful increase of several mineral resources across Australia including mines sites at Western Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.

Mr Navidad is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and holds a Honours degree in Geology from the University of Adelaide and has the relevant experience for estimation, assessment and evaluation of Mineral Resources.
